Our family, our delivery people, our partners, and our customers’ health is of most importance to us. While we are currently unaware of any cases of COVID-19 in Aroostook County, we realize that this is an uncertain time for all. As your local bookseller, we have taken the following steps to ensure your health and safety.

 

- As is our usual practice, throughout the day we will be sanitizing all surfaces, door handles, credit card readers, registers and regularly washing floors

- At the start of each day and at the end of each night, we will be running our essential oil diffusers to scrub the air of viruses and bacteria

- We will be practicing proper hand washing procedures after receiving deliveries and between customers

- We apologize for not shaking your hand, but we will gladly disperse friendly smiles and good conversation

- We will provide a hand sanitizing station near the register

- We encourage everyone to utilize good hygiene practices of hand washing, not touching your face, social distancing, coughing or sneezing into your elbow, and staying home if you have flu-like symptoms

- We will be handing out free bookmarks to use as a guide

- FOR THE DURATION OF THE PANDEMIC, WE WILL OFFER CURBSIDE PICK-UP OR FREE FRONT DOOR DELIVERY WITHIN THE LOCAL FORT KENT AREA.
